1st you Opt Out, this keeps the CA's fom getting NEW data on you if you apply for credit or a mortgage.

2nd you dispute, on line, by phone or by mail your old adresses as "Not mine". This helps you with your disputes as if the CRA tries to verify an account you are disputing,and the CA only has your old deleted address they may not be able to verify.
