If you were sued by a CA for the debt, and the added interest charges were in excess of the legal amounts in Fl. then you could object to them.

There is NO such thing as reasonable procedures or regular accounting statements from CA's -they are the underbelly of the credit world and do as little as possible in a fair and reasonable manner.

On the accounts you say are " almost" 4 years old--remember it starts from first delinquency with the ORIGINAL creditor--not charge off or last payment o collection department.
