Removing my name on a case

Mu BK 7 was discharged last december. I included on it a lawsuit that was filed againts me and my ex husband.
A summary judgment was entered before my BK got discharged, but it was only again my ex.
On the court files says that there was a suggestion of BK petition under my name and the lawsuit against me is on hold until further order by the court.
What can I do to remove my name from the lawsuit case?
Should I write a letter to the judge requesting to get my name out of tha case?
Should I write a letter to the plaintiff lawyer reuqesting to get mu name out of the case?
Is there a legal process involved in getting my name out of the case? or Do I need to expunge that record on my name?
