i cant help with the legal or advice on what to do..but i can say this. we all have trusted people and found they took us for a ride. please dont feel bad. ur spouse shouldnt be angry..i mean if we all had 20/20 hindsight, we would all be lotto winners huh? no human alive has not made mistakes and i, for one, have made some doozies. hugssssssssss. it will be ok..i have learned some tough lessons the same way. and it hurts to not be able to trust the very people we look to for financial things..as bankers..loan officers..etc. ur NOT foolish..its not ur fault he is a snake and cant face himself in the mirror every day for what he does to people. YOU have no reason to be mad at urself hon. the ways legal things r written , it takes someone smarter than me to figure them out. vent all u want..and no, u arent alone. u r human!! welcome to the world lol. join us who have all made mistakes and will make more im sure! if ur spouse is angry..thats their prob. u didnt do it on purpose..and she/he needs to understand that she/he too has made mistakes and will in the future too. :) it will get better. yes..talk to a lawyer again. who knows the loopholes that exist now?
