Gulf State Credit

Can anyone tell me the physical location of Gulf State Credit? We have had continuing problems with an account which does not belong to my husband, and they are trying to collect from him notwithstanding that we have told several agencies it is not his debt. The most recent one, OSI, closed the account at the customer's request, but we know we will keep getting collection notices, and keep seeing it on my husband's credit report (which it is presently) unless we sue them. Please advise.
