I'm not much of an expert on bankruptcy except on how to get it removed from your credit bureau files, so there may be some rule or regulation that I'm not aware of, but I don't think there is any specific time you have to wait before you can buy a car. The only waiting I would think that you need to worry about would be whatever time it's going to take to rebuild your credit. You need to begin to do that immediately, and the way to start doing that is to start doing something about removing all the bad credit showing up on your credit bureau files.
