Threating calls

Yesturday I got a call from one of my credit cards, that my roommate answered. They told my roommate to have my lawyer call them back. I only owe 1,200 bucks on the card and am just over the 30 days late. Is this just a ideal threat or should I be worried? I haven't gotten anything in the mail about it. Thanks
