2 collection agencies (ARE NOT MINE)

Well, probably so if you never bought anything from him. If you did buy anything from him and he has a contract that you signed, then you do owe him and the reports are yours.
All that is really beside the point. What you should do now is to learn how to get them off of your credit report and just get them removed. That's pretty easy to do, no matter how valid the reports might be. Accuracy has very little to do with your credit bureau reports. If you do it the right way, you can get them removed even if it does take a few tries to get the job done sometimes.

As far as sueing the fellow, you need to see an attorney about that, and you need to see one that has his offices in your area so you can work with him/her easily.

Bringing suit is one issue and repairing your credit is another. Keep the two of them separate.
Make the collection agency prove their claim. That's a third issue, and one that you should be doing at the same time you are removing your adverse entries.on your credit bureau reports


I have two negative reports from one collection agency from a guy that i used to date that owns used to own a car dealership. I broke the relationship off and he put to negative entries both in the same amount $13,575.00. Can I file suit?
