: Some of you know from prior posts that I am suing Equifax in Federal District Court for their simultaneous reporting of zero balance and 120+ days past due (I5) status. This violates the FCRA (I am arguing) because it fails to update status. Equifax should know that an account can not both be paid and past due at the same time. If they are referring to the account having once been past due, then they violate the FCRA because the status has not been updated. If you want to help nail Equifax on this, I could use a signed declaration from anyone willing. I mean if you were reported with a zero balance and an I5 status. It could turn into a class action at some time. Signing a declaration is like standing up in Court except you don't actually have to go to Court. If you email me with your full name, I can work up a declaration and get it to you (email, fax, or US mail.)
