I have been receiving calls from them a Mr. Robinson in specific has been calling and bothering us on a debt. They call before 8 am and after 9 pm. They have phoned 5 times in a row before, my brother in law answered the phone each time since I was not present and by the fifth time in less than 10 minutes he let them know that he was not happy about the situation. They have offered me a payoff on the debt, I can only come up with a certain amount and the rest at a later date, they said that they would accept that and then we can discuss payment arrangements for the remainder of the debt! They offered a payoff but still wanted to collect the whole debt!! This sort of tells me that they have no authorization to offer any sort of a payoff. Anyone with any suggestions other than the ones that have been posted? Please email me.
