Help me in Credit Dispute

Dear Board:

My visa Card is used without my knowledge for the last 3 months. I call the bank, and it says that the bank only responsible for the first month of the charges.

It is unfair. The total that I should get is more than two thousand dollars. Do you know what I should do?
