Patti is mistaken. In MOST States it is the same as any other "open-end" account, in SOME, (posted on my website) there is a different SOL for store accounts,either revolving or closed end. The SOL of the "issuing" State is NEVER a factor, (unless YOU live there)--unless perhaps Patti meant where YOU lived when the card was issued.
