SOL - Which State to use

Have an old Chase card on CR with charge off as of 10/98. I lived in MASS when this card was taken out and have lived in NH now since 9/01. My Ex included this card in his BK but it still shows on mine, no surprise there. I was never contacted by anyone until I moved to NH then started receiving collection notices for this card from Northland Group. MASS SOL is 6 years, NH SOL is 3 years. Should I consider this past SOL because I now live in NH? This can get confusing, anyone please help. Thanks.
