If you were within SOL (Nevada SOL) when the suit was filed against you in NJ, and you succeeded in having it vacated because of wrong venue, no service etc.you run the risk that the original filer who STILL has the legal rights to the judgment (all the CA bought was an uncollectible acount unless there was an assignment of the judgment recorded in the Courthouse) could refile agaonst you in Nev. as the time from the original filed claim until it is vacated would be tolled(wouldn't count towards SOL)

I suggest the following, Opt Out, wait a few weeks, get any old addresses removed paticularly the NJ ones. Wait a few weeks, dispute the judgment on your reports as "not mine, no such judgment filed on this date" If it comes off, THEN send the SOL letter from my website to the CA who is bothering you IF and ONLY IF he is reporting on your credit reports, if he is NOT reportig then send a cease and desist dispute validation.
