Gee, from what I read on this site I thought that sending a validation letter was the way to go. You even have a sample on your site. Am I wrong? Should I try to call them to see if they will settle? One last question ... how do I file an answer and notice of appearance, and contest the suit. Is that where I actually go to city court with my amswer? Is it a legal form or can I write a letter? Thanks why chat for your help.
