My friend has been hiding his car for approximately four or five months from the repo man. The question is at what point of the car loan after renig on the loan before it becomes theft?In another words, what I'd like to know is it two months or three months/1 year. ect. We would like to know if we do not receive any paperwork or contact from the lender in any manner, what are the laws.
