Cat, I know for a FACT that sometimes medical facilities do take their accounts back from CAs and when we pay the bill, the CA gets zip! So maybe anon (CA) is the one being stupid! It really all depends on the arrangement the medical facility has with the CA (Collection Time Limits, Etc.)
