If you are scared and dysfunctional you need to have your doctor put that on record right away. It's medical evidence of damage done to you by these scumbag frauds masquerading as 'bankers'. Get legal advice, second opinions mandatory. The phrase to use is 'undue influence'. You were unduly influenced by this poop-fly banker-thug under conditions of both 'coercion' (you were frightened by his threats) and 'artifice' (lies). Report this scumbag to the AG of your state and as well be sure the bank president knows of his inventive little scam.
The president will try to cover his tail, make it your fault. That's why you let the bank pres know you've reported them not only to the AG of your state but the SEC, among others. Smear these bugs with the poison of truth. They are about lies, 'getting the fish hooked', as bankers so lovingly refer to their customers - us. Report them far and wide, let them know you'll not stop until you have clouded all the putrid insects involved in scamming you while you were under duress. Be sure to report your feelings of distress to your doctor, so that a graphic illustration of damage to your well being can be hung about the necks of these vomit-bunnies.

In my own loving little 'family' constellation, a nice, cigar smoking, thunder-thighed bimbo - my condolences to her husband - has, along with her twisted 'ideal family', a crooked lawyer, corrupt HMO and prominent academic instition - spent years scamming a tidy little estate out of a relative. A spousal death via systematic neglect encouraged by this dirtbomb-banker-manipulatrix and her cronies was mere routine business, a task necessary to get the spouse in whose name the estate lay out of the way. Can't have any obstacles in one's pathway to purloined riches.
Why do I bring this up? To illustrate better the nature of the beast with whom you are dealing. You cannot win the love of the loveless nor can you earn respect from the disrespectful. All you can do is condition them so that their hair stands on end at the mention of your name. You are dealing with criminals. Yes they wear expensive suits, stinking of fine fragrance. They aren't much removed from those who smell of B.O., crack, and pop-wine who bust into homes, steal the tv, and void on the carpet. Which in this case albeit with a slip of paper called a 'lien' obtained by undue influence is what this banker-thug did to you. Make sure he spends the rest of his twisted life living it down.

Fragrantly,

Keyser Soze

PS - The banker-bimbette involved in scamming my relative thought it sporting to relieve my account of a sizeable sum. Purpose was to discourage research into their tortious and criminal acts regarding their exploitation of the elderly, and surely to stop us from reporting those facts.
Didn't work. They're caught. A sibling of this dirtbag 'banker' almost lost their job due to what has been discovered. Have to try harder. If loss of job and home results, yeah, I shall be ever so helpful, reminding them they've a 'rich uncle'.
When the account was ripped we had no idea this bag of suet was the culprit. Only when the exploited relative happened to mention this individual as being 'president' of the bank - another lie - did we make the connection. Murder always outs.
