Just received a letter from NCO "...to collect a debt" Northland Group was after me for same account. My SOL in NH is 3 years, this account was charged off in 1998. They have the balance at 7700. 2 months ago with Northland it was 5000. How do they do this? This account is still on my CR. My phone is unlisted so thank god Northland never called and I ignored all their letters. I just want this to go away until the account drops off my CR. Should I ignore NCO, or are they more persistent than Northland?
