File a dispute with the CRA regarding the Crap1 entry as fraudulently re aged and duplicated (give Providian acct #).

Do this ONLY if you are SURE you are beyond SOL on the OC Providian account.

If you are beyond SOL, send the SOL letter to Crap1.
