I think you and I have been through this before Parry -- a month or so ago.

"Legal" SOL statutes are found within each State. Most States CLEARLY have the prohibition against re-aging in thir SOL statutes, some have it in other sections. I have posted in almost ALL the State's pages on my website the portion of the statutes that refer to the requirement for any waiver of rights of SOL to be in writing.In a FEW,like Tn., where there MIGHT be a question if a personal check was given in payment, I have posted THAT information as well.There are even a few States, like Va. where for a consumer transaction, even a WRITTEN agreement (such as in a debt repair contract) the waiver of rights is NOT binding.
