Everyone seems to forget that Wolpoff & Abramson are 3rd Party Debt collectors and they must abide by the FDCPA. When sent a Validation request they must stop their collection actions. You must file your validation paperwork and the green slips over at the County court house. This way your covered if they try to sue. You also must file your rejection of Arbitration along with the green slips over at the County court house. I know someone that might prevail very shortley against Wolpoff & Abramson based on the above.
