i am playing the "will they sue?" game and since mine were only charged off 6 months ago i have a lot of time to play, huh. they will threaten u and tell u these time limits..what i told them is exactly what u posted. "i can not pull money out of my butt" altho i did use more errrrrr colorful adjectives. let em stew,,,i am taping triad cause of how nasty they get..but calm down a bit and think. i just tell them i have no money. they want 10$ a month now..hahaha aint happening. and i have nothing but a few bucks in a checking account..made sure the wages cant be garnished..cause honestly we cant settle. we simply dont have it. and i totally think their 30% interest is highly illegal and i will fight that to my death. a collection agent will simply call and tell u ANYTHING to get u to pay. i was told to sell my house and move. rofl. rightttt. u dont have to speak to them at all. or in my case..im taping them. yes they may sue and u need to be ready for it. im playing the odds game. they cant have u arrested..or take ur home from under u. i been told that too. told em they could have the shack after the mortage holder was paid off lol. deep breaths hon! keep posting here and we all will tell u all we know or have experienced. love west virginia. beautiful state! others will come along to help u with SOL and such...check out whychats web site and links for info on ur state and what they can legally do.
