I don't think the poster is the "perp" SKB- very often it is someone ELSE using an address to obtain phony credit cards where they have access to incoming mail.This is common with older residential streets with the mail boxes out front.The poster probably happened to be home to get his mail and the ID thief couldn't intercept it.
