Good for you for what you did with the Medical Bill. Gave me the idea to do same with an account that has been placed with ASG. All the OC wanted was to fax a copy to them of the C&D and they would pull account and would settle with me. And thanks to this board I NOW KNOW how to watch out for MY best interest. From what I gathered, telling the OC that you sent a C&D to the 3rd party (CA) that the OC has to pull the account as the CA can't do ANYTHING! if this is an assigned account. Jeff
