Jeremy, I am having the same problem right now. I didn't know at the time I paid my two past due charged off accounts that I should call the CA and ask them to report it differently on my Credit Report. However, I have been reading a lot of stuff lately on the internet and my next step is write a validation letter to both CA and hope maybe that will get them off.
