I am $500 over credit limit.I do pay something every month though. I got these letters today and they make no sense to me Letters from Bank One.. one dated feb 16th-'your recent payments have qualified you for our reage program and its no longer past due...'signed customer support division one dated feb 18th-'your credit acc't is currently over its credit limit' no shit! 'take advantage of our payment options...'..signed collection debt for bank one what is reage? they closed the account months ago too. do these letters conflict or am I reading them wrong?
