We are in the early stages of preparing for battle against Collectcorp for numerous flagrant violations of FDCPA, including but not limited to: -Threats of home seizure --Threats of property seizure --Intentional misrepresentation of Collectcorp's relationship with creditor (claimed they were American Express, then claimed they were hired by American Express, then claimed they purchased the debt from American Express, then claimed they were on consignment from American Express --Claimed to have all of our banking information including balances in accounts, daily transaction information and retirement account information --Refusal to identify themselves or their physical/mailing address --Threats of "We'll get you" and "We'll hunt you down" --Harassment of family And it goes on. I'm looking for any and all information about these S.O.B.s so that we can nail their butts to a wall. Thanks. CF
