I did all of that & they still won the arbitration...lololol....won what???
I have nothing....so they won 17K in arbitration....whoopeeee....after that I agnored them, they sold the account to smith debnam LLC. some fly by night attornies...they filed civil suit..and won by default judgment....big deal again....I still can't pay.........so when I file BK , I have to file motions to vacte judgments also...oh well......they aint gettin a dime...
