ford probably had secondary insurance on the vehicle, it was found recently, (run the vin number to see if you are still listed as the owner), sold the car at a repo auction, and are going to come after you for the deficiency but depending on your state, there are regulations that they have to follow in order to get the deficiency... when you had the accident and the car was totalled, where did it go?? was the accident your fault??
