Here is the problem. Before I found the board I called cap one to settle. they sent me to the northland group. I worked a settlement with them for 630.68 on 1576.

Now not only is capital one reporting it as a revolving account opened in july of 2002 they are reporting as past due of 947 and a balance of 947.

In addition the OC providian is also reporting it as charge off but with a past due of 670 and a balance due of 1522.

I have already sent out over $10,000 in settlements in the past month.... which I see may have been a real mistake.... I dont want to f++k anything else up. I really thought I was begining to see a light at the end of the tunnel. All past due accounts have been settled. and all new accounts are current.

Please advise on where to go from here.

thanks
