Stop talking to ca's
Get all 3 of your credit reports, snail mail.
Opt Out
Delete any old addresses from your credit reports.
Dispute one or two accounts at a time, as " not mine- no such account for this amount on these dates with this creditor, fraudulently re-aged"

Make SURE you use ALL this phrase, not just the "not mine".

DO NOT try to do this part on-line as all you will accomplish is getting a match on your name.
