Thanks for the info - the last time I paid anything to Spiegel (OC) was June 2001. I stopped paying then simply because I could not afford it any more. And it's not any better now. With 2 kids and only 1 income, we can barely make our rent, much less electric and phone. We are pulling in less than $17,000 per year, so even if they did sue, I don't think they'll be able to get much. We own our car, but it's an old 1989 Buick - not worth their effort.

I'm just trying not to be worried about this - just adds to the stress level.
