on my TU report there is a record appearin regarding acct that went to court and was dismissed with prejudice after I settled with them (this was before I found this board). The TL lists: Docket #XXXXXXXX Circuit court Dismissal of suit Plaintiff: OC Entered: 07/2002 Amount: $xxxx Paid: 10/2002 Now the court records show a judgement of $0.00, where the entry on my TU suggests that I have paid a judgement amount of xxxx dollars. Also, this was in municipal ct and not circuit court. How do I go about fixing this?
This doesn't show up on either my EQ or EX reports. Any help would be appreciated! Edited to add from court records... Case No: xxxxxx Judgment For: OC(B) Judgment Against: aimabear(I) Judgment Amount: $.00 Date Filed: 10/23/2002 Judge Involved: judge Satisfied: Date Satisfied: Settlement: 0 Docket Date: Docket Time: Re-Docket Date: Re-Docket Time: Amount Awarded: $.00 Cost: $.00 Type of Judgment: DISMISSAL Narrative: 0.
