Scroll down a little and read posts by jonradt. He thought he settled.......unfortunately his story is more common than not. Can't trust CAs or even original creditors. They will most likely take your money and do you dirty.

ANY COMMUNICATION WITH A CA OR ORIGINAL CREDITOR UNDER OUR CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD BE IN WRITING. SEND EVERYTHING CERTIFIED/RETURN RECIPT.

DON'T TALK TO THEM ON THE PHONE. THAT IS A WASTE OF TIME BECAUSE THEY ARE LIARS.
