if this was on the med bill with the CA for your
daughter's med bill,...( % settled-PAID)
watch her credit report for them to mark it as a "Paid Collection"....(CA tradeline) for some 7 years...which they will most likely DO if they were the last CA with the file, and they are on some "contract" with the OC hospital......
it has happened to me twice now on the left over bills that insurance did'nt pay after my slip/fall accident that took me a yearto recover from....and the debt that occured from that.
it seems like that is where comes their 50% revenge factor on poisoning your/her CR. Here is where you go 'round in circles with the med OC and they won't budge when it comes to the CA reporting "Paid Collection" because they are contract buddies...
