cap1 lied on charge off/is that legal?

can they do this? well i guess they did. they told me the 200$ account which is right at 600$ again (recall i paid them 400$ already) would be charged off in jan. ok its middle of feb..i got a bill today and of course it isnt charged off. another set of fees and membership fee and interest. grrrrrrrr./ . and triad was nice...amazing what recording will do to them...but again said they couldnt change the interest..and would send it back to cap1. fine, send it.
