Why Chat, I sent the court and CA attorney your answer to a SOL lawsuit (to a T), and thought that would be that. The case is a slam dunk loser for the attorney because the debt is way past statute. To my shock and dismay, I now have received from the attorney a laundry list of documents to furnish him and an even longer list of interrogatories. He knows the debt is SOL. Why would he request all that stuff? But, more importantly, what should I do? I certainly don't want (or feel the need to) furnish him this stuff. Please help!!! Thanks!!
