He is trying to intimidate you. Lawyers hate to lose, esp when they know that they are wrong. He is hoping to bury you in paperwork so you will give up and let him get a default judgment. Don't do it.

Please listen to me. Get a lawyer right now. Go to www.naca. net and read all the lawyers profiles for your city. Also, look them up in the yellow pages and see how they present themselves. Find one that is pro consumer. Talk to all of them until you find one you feel comfortable with.

You will have to pay initially, but you should get your money back when the lawyer gets everything to go away. You might even get some money if your lawyer is willing to take it into federal court.

It is time to bring in the big guns and get out of the way and let him/her take care of this for you. It will be worth it in the long run. Borrow the money to pay if you have to.
