Yes, I did pay the OC with our current checking account. However, that was only the OC - I've never even paid the CA - how would they even have that info? They can't freeze our account UNTIL they win a judgement, right? There's no way they could do it before, is there? I'm figuring that right now, we leave everything as it is, but if they sue, THEN we can close the account and open a new one. Do you think this is safe?
