Worldwide asset purchasing, LLC?

Has anyone heard of this company? I got a letter from a law firm in Pennsylvania so against better judgement I called them in an attempt to make this go away. They said that they represent Worldwide asset purchasing and they could set up a reasonable monthly payment, but WWAP required 30% down to do so. There is no way I can pay the 30%, which ends up being $1800. Will they come down and drop the down payment or offer something else or am I on the hook for a lawsuit? I live in Kentucky and they are licensed in pennsylvania and new jersey. The guy said in about 30 days they will send a dm 2 letter, whatever that is. He said that will give me two more weeks to come up with the money and after that they will sue, he said around the middle of March. How much of this is CA bull and how much of it is real?
