There is a lot of psychology in debt collection. It is probably bull, but no crystal balls here. Does Kentucky require CAs to be licensed? Good possibility that they aren't even licensed to collect, let alone sue. In oder to sue, they have to hire an attorney in your state. IGNORE THEM. Chances are good that they will not sue you.
