Anyone interested in the Uniform Arbitration Act needs to download the zipped PDF file and read and study it in its entirety. Pay special close attention to Section 23 Vacating Awards and especially at the part of the section dealing with prejudice and corruption and what are grounds for vacatur. Section 25 deals with gaining judgment of an Arbitration Award. This PDF is very interesting and goes to show that you would be foolish not to have Wolpoff & Abramson Validate the debt and stop their collection activities including their Arbitration Forums activities when Wolpoff & Abramson know they are violating Federal Statutes by not validating and continuing to carry on with their sham operation.
