My best advice is to ignore them. Watch caller ID, have your boss tell them you are not allowed to take personal phone calls at work. Tell your parents not to talk to them either. Let the machine pick up, watch caller ID. If they can't harass you, they will move onto easier prey. The more you talk to them, the more they will call. What they are trying to collect is interest on the original account. Pa. is a non garnishment state.
