I am being sued by a local attorney(crook) for an arb award against me by dirtbags-r-us, W&A. They added $3000.00 to the account and offered a very generous LOL 85% settlement, which would be more than it charged off at. I have hired an attorney and we are going to court in 2 weeks to try and vacate the arb award. I went on the courthouse website, and I am one of 70 people being sued by the same crooks for the EXACT same thing-arbitration-MBNA. Wish me luck.
