please let me know if cap1 will talk to u. they wont negotiate nothing with me..but pay up! tough.! mine has been 6 months charged off and they come at u with big guns. good luck but i havent had any,. i have triad..collectcorp and one i cant recall at the moment as CAs. had triad today want to talk to my son to loan me money for a pay off. highly illegal tactics yet again. cant talk to a 3rd party about collections!!! bad boys!!! then he said hang on one second and left me hanging. grrrrrrrrrr. im gonna wipe the floor with these people.
