His antics are well known in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Please forward exacting details of his harrassment to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Protection, Philadelphia Regional Office, 21 South 12th Street, Second Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19107. You will do yourself and others a great favor by registering another complaint against this rancid piece of day old dog *hit. Forget about anything from Byck in writing, or any compliance with any regulations - he has total disregard for all. He's one of the original Collect America, Ltd./CACV/Refinance America, Ltd. franchised attorneys working for an equally bad smelling piece of trash named Phillip Scott Lowery, Esq. out of Denver, Colorado. Once you complain to the Commonwealth, they will send a letter he must reply to. He will reply, with lies, but will stop bothering you, fearing another lawsuit - and he's lost a bunch of 'em.
