just my 2 cents..cause i dont know what to tell u to do..but once u stop paying..if the SOL is out ..they still will call and hound u and may sue..course u can get it tossed due to the SOL...but once u quit paying, their gonna be howling..others will not agree with me but if u r in a postion to pay it off..i would. just cause the SOL is up doesnt mean they will disappear. there is no time limit on attempting to collect a debt..just to sue for one. . and should u not show in court..they will get a default judgement anyways. just weigh ur choices b4 u do something ok?:) see what all it will do to ur credit..and what will be reported...etc. b4 something that cant be undone is done.
