WHYCHAT, I can't get to your refusal of arbitration letter.

Hey there. Me again. In a previous thread, you gave me a link to your refusal of arbitration letter. When I go to it, I get nothing. The link ends in ".../page17.html" If I change the 17 to anything from 1 to 16, I get lots of other info. (Some of which I needed as well). But page17 comes back with nothing. Is there a problem with that page on your site? Or does it just not like me. lol Thanks
