Thanks! That helps a lot! One more question (of many more to come, I'm sure). Just in case they go ahead with the arbitration anyway, would it be wise to ALSO send a response to the arbitration, just to cover my bases? Or does sending a response imply that I'm giving the go-ahead to continue? Even if I plainly state that I'm sending my response for arbitration ONLY because I believe they will go ahead, despite my refusal and request for validation. Dan
